vacation, vacation, vacation

Just about now it is the time of the year where most swedes start their summer vacation. Ohh it is the best time of the year to work, why? because I get new co-workers for a few weeks which is needed. I don't miss-like my ordinary co-workers but the fact is that it's a total different spirit among us who still work or already had their vacation. I always worked during the summers even when I worked full-time just because that we get new-blood in our personal when our summer subs start and that makes me see things in a different perspective and that is for me really important.

I have decided to take vacation in the end of August, just a week or two, my nephew's third birthday is also in the end of August so I might go up to visit but that depends a little on other people and what their plans are. I haven't taken the final decision on this but I will have to think about it.

Just coming out of a period with a lot of people being home due to injuries or cold, or kids who are not feeling well. That a lot of people being away has taken a toll on my because I have had to work more late days to 7pm and a few a those days I have started working at 7.30am and 8am so there had been long days but I really don't mind, you have to see it from a positive angel and not see it as something negative so yes it has been long days but I get something out of it in the end so why complain at all. I mean the work needs to be done and if I'm kind and helping out others they could help me out if I need it. Last week I had three out of five late shifts and they went really well.

So last Friday I kidnapped(loaned) my parents Ford Mondeo because I needed a new vacuum machine. Some idiotic airhead of broadband-installer used my vacuum machine to suck up concrete dust which was not the brightest idea in his life. So when I start my old machine it literary spews concrete dust out of it's engine and the room gets even more dusty and the vacuum machine really sounds bad and smells and overheats really quickly, I'll guess that that isn't a good thing at all so I decided to retire my first own vacuum machine who has serve me well during eight years. Well I bought an Electrolux which works really really well, first time I used it on the floor and carpets you could actually see the difference between the new and the old machine. So so far the new vacuum machine gets two thumbs up but you never know what the future holds for it:-)
