I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
In Sweden we celebrate Christmas today, the 24th. We watch Donald Duck with friends in a Christmas special, this is a tradition that at 3pm many Swedes sit down with their family and watches Donald Duck. When the program is finished we do the last preparations to the Christmas dinner and then we sit down to eat. After eating and cleaning up we sit down(again) in the sofas talking, drinking coffee and eating candy, chocolate and while doing that Santa Claus comes to give away presents. Every family have their own traditions but this is how my family spend our Christmas.
On Christmas Day I usually meet friends or family. Christmas Day is also one of the biggest party nights of the year. Pubs, bars and nightclubs are open to celebrate Christmas with happy people who are drinking and socialising, the dance-floors are filled to the last centimetre and it is a general good spirit among people.
On Boxing Day I relax and just enjoying having some time off from work and school. Recharging my batteries for the last week of the year. This year I will stay at home and play playstation or watch a tv-series or movies on Boxing Day. I am also looking forward to sleep as long as I like without having something that has to be done.
so again I wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday.
