A while back I were at the dentist and they basically told me that I need to stop eating and drinking stuff with a lot of sugar in it so I don't get holes. I have never in my life needed to do anything with my teeth except I had to have two off my wisdom teeth pulled out since they were given my horrible headaches. I never had any holes in my teeth until now, I have like two small ones that they can see but they aren't able to feel them so that is why I need to stop eating candy and drinking sodas. Guess what???? I have actually done it more or less. I went from over a litre per day to not even a 33cl a week and that's stretching it. I have switched from sodas to flavored carbonated water and it have had a big effect on me.
I feel a lot better since I quit, I am not so tired, I'm more focused and coherent. The biggest change is the weight loss. No I'm not pulling your leg I have lost about 9 kilos over a 6 week period. It is just amazing feeling standing on the scales looking down and see the 70 kilo mark. My work pants don't fit me so I had to get new ones and even those are now too big but I don't have it in me to ask for a smaller pair just after getting new ones the other week. When I told the team leader at work she starred at me and asked what I am doing since I dropped two sizes and then gave me a funny look. I got a bit embarrassed replying I don't know... then we just started laughing. Well she is an amazing boss and a good work friend plus someone you can trust, she knows about me being gay and the only one who knows at work.
